Personality
Cherry is a timid Puffball. She is constantly worrying, but if she’s startled suddenly, she will not hesitate to attack, though this is out of pure impulse. If one of her friends is in danger, she bombards the attacker with powerful magic spells from a distance.
She has always had her mask, even if it was a bit too big for her at first. She keeps it on her face as a treasure, and instantly snaps if anyone takes it because it’s the only thing she has left of her parents, who have gone off elsewhere. If it is broken, which hasn’t happened so far, she would either try to rebuild it from the pieces, or make a replica with the same properties.

Cherry has four different elemental spells she can use with her staff: Earth, Water, Air, and Grass. They all have a one-in-four chance of dealing an additional status effect: Earth pushes the opponent back with great force, Water traps the opponent in a whirlpool, Air flings the opponent into the air, and Grass wraps the opponent in vines.
Backstory
Cherry has always had her mask and has always been interested in performing magic spells. After her parents left for unknown reasons, she took the mask from her mother and the staff from her dad, which were left behind as things for Cherry to use. Ever since, she has always worn the mask, only taking it off if she’s overjoyed so she can properly display her emotion.
Attacks

Spells: (½ each, only five of the same kind can be used in one turn) Cherry has four main spells, as stated earlier: Earth, Water, Air, and Grass. They each have an additional effect that occurs 25% of the time: Earth shoves the opponent back, Water swings the opponent around in a whirlpool, Air flings the opponent into the sky, and Grass traps the opponent in vines. The gem on the tip of her staff will glow different colors when she uses these spells: Earth is brown, Water is dark blue, Air is white, and Grass is green.
Omega Magic: (1) Cherry uses all four of her spells at once, and each effect can occur simultaneously, though this is a 10% chance. Each individual effect has a 25% chance to occur. If all effects occur, it’ll go like this: The opponent is shoved into some vines, which then swing around, slamming the enemy on the floor four times, and then flinging them into the sky. It’s a bit more powerful than all four spells combined, and the gem glows in those four colors when this is used. Afterwards, the staff is unable to be used for two turns due to the energy used.
