This is an extremely dangerous ability to combat, because of its ability to affect on an international basis-capable of targeting computers and other electronics. Note: If a weapon/item is distorted enough, he can temporarily steal it as his own.

Personality: Terer is a child bent on revenge above all else. Because of his past, his main goal as a villain was to rid of the one who destroyed his civilization: Silver Tiger. He is quick to anger, because he has VERY low patience when it comes to others. He isn't fond of long distant traveling, and gets frustrated very easily when things don't go his way.
