Typically wandering from place to place, Eviviru is a livewire with no memories of his origin, and an incredible proficiency with electrical-based magic. Finding himself cursed as a result of a traumatic experiment forced unto him, he seeks out his own demise in hopes that perhaps something might end the existence he's become tired of.

[Eyes] Both of his eyes' irises are a goldish yellow in tone. His eyes are slit, and his left pupil glows white, whereas his right is a regular black.
[Special Traits] He has pointed ears, typically hidden behind his larger bangs. And he has a pair of two large white leathery wings, the left one having similar markings along it as the rest of the left half of his body.
PERSONALITY
Evi is, typically to those he meets, rather aloof, uncaring, or even antagonistic. Worse, he has a short span of patience for those he sees as being whiny, loud, or outright annoying. So it's often he either walks out of, or leaps right into the frey of larger disputes... Depending on his mood: A good mood would incite the former, whereas a sour would incite the latter, with no benefit being had to either side.
Cynical, cold, snarky and bitter to a fault, he can be quite difficult to handle, let alone befriend. But those that do manage to get on the Drah`Lokien's good side will find that he is a tad overprotective, and feigns uncaring to hide his worry for those who grow close to him. Those who are close may even witness other aspects to his personality that he tries to hide.
It's very rare that it happens, but it's sometimes possible for him to be caught off guard, wind up showing more gentle emotions that would be thought unbecoming of him: Shyness, concern, fear, selflessness, and even affection. These times seldom ever last long, being glimpses and remnants of the person he was before he became jaded, such a personality he considers to have been 'killed' when the experiment was done unto him.
ATTIRE AND WEAPONS
Being a more agile mage, Evi's attire is typically meant for high mobility, allowing him to move quickly without risk of tripping or having his legs hindered. He wears a dark blue coat with medium-length coattails, perked lapels, and belts strapping down the front, with a dark vestment beneath. A shawl covers over his shoulders and back slightly. His sleeves are rolled up, allowing him to wear his almost Elbow-length brown gloves, which have metal plates on the prints of the fingers. He wears matching knee-high brown boots, with metal wedge heels. He wears green slightly-puffed shorts, which are tucked in to his boots.
It's common to see him with a ring on one of his fingers, which is a compression-state of his Staff. For which he'll commonly remove, and squeeze in his hand, causing his staff to form from the ring. His staff stands almost as tall as he does, being a gold in color, with a gyroscope contraption on the top of it. Gripping close to the top and near the mid of the staff, and pulling it apart will reveal a sword hidden within the staff. For which Evi will use the 'sheath' along his left arm to block blows, while wielding the blade in his right hand.
Along with his staff, sometimes he will utilize three-to-six copper orbs, which tend to float and orbit around him when idle. In combat, he can utilize them to hold excess charge, and/or to direct lightning around the battlefield by setting them in stationary spots to relay from.
COMBAT POWERS
Being a Livewire Magus, Evi has the capacity to control electricity as though it were a part of him, allowing him to use high-to-top tier lightning magic, that those who diversify their elements are incapable of using (Lightning form, Jolt, Divina Fulgur). And by being creative with it, he can utilize his magic in ways that most wouldn’t think of doing (Manipulating ions to allow levitation or call down stronger bolts, magnetizing metal for a variety of effects on friend and foe.)
However, a vast majority of his abilities requires him to have Charge, a resource as method of measuring how much electricity he has in his body. He can expend Mana to boost his Charge (Which has moderate to low yield), he can drain electricity from objects and environments containing electricity (More efficient than expending Mana), or he can call down lightning to recharge himself (Most efficient, but requires him to be outdoors). He can also store Charge in the prior mentioned Copper orbs, each of which can hold 25% charge, 50% if using a more efficient orb (Which he has not obtained as of current)..
Charge can go up to 100% (The maximum that he’s content with, usually gets this charge from calling down lightning for the express purpose of charging, and doesn’t suffer negative effects as a result of it), 200% (Typically in dire circumstances, and is only really utilized for upper-tier attacks, and has drawbacks), and 300% (Overdrive, results in him being berserk, and is utilized for top-tier attacks).
PERSONALITY FLAWS
As a person, Evi is incredibly flawed. As priorly stated, he has a pretty sour temper, and very little to no filter. Leading to him getting in to arguments, fights, or any variety of debacles. He recognizes this when he’s in better mind, and genuinely doesn’t mean ill on others, unless they make it a point to agitate him. Still, his temper is enough to warrant that usually thicker-skinned folks would hang around him.
COMBAT FLAWS
Though he may be rendered completely immortal, and has high pain tolerance, it’s not impossible to defeat him in combat. Fatalistic blows won’t work on him (So Decapitating will only result in a angry Drah`Lokien a few moments later) and Annihilation will result in him popping up elsewhere (Getting him out of your hair for awhile until he can find his way back). But non-fatal abilities will incapacitate him, rendering him incapable of continuing to fight (Knocking him out, paralyzing him, hypnotizing him, freezing him, using time abilities to stop him).
If he obtains so much as 1% over his 300% allowed charge, he’ll stop, discharge it in a burst (either aimed upwards, or at a opponent), collapse, and fall unconscious, or (if he is way over 300, and/or doesn’t discharge the excess electricity) even explode. So overcharging him is a method of getting him out of the way… So long as he’s not extremely determined to protect or attack.
Anti-Magic zones of a tier 4 or 5 can effectively kill him, trapping him in a cycle of dying and reviving for as long as the Anti-Magic zone lasts. A Anti-Magic curse can achieve the same thing (but likely will weaken and expire with each death and revival, so it won’t last too long)
Dragon-bane, Humanoid-bane, and Magic-bane weapons will have a greater effect on him, with Dragon-bane being the most effective. Wounds inflicted with those weapons will take much longer for him to heal, and will be practically guaranteed to leave scars. Fatalistic blows, again, will result in him being revived with the killing blow being healed, but anything before that will remain until he naturally heals.
