He’s a very thoughtful, light-hearted, and a bit of an introverted type of person. He isn't much of a fighter so he doesn't interfere when it comes to someone trying to take over the world or something. He likes to avoid violence as much as possible, but the only time he is willing to fight is when his own friends’ lives are in danger, or when his own life himself is in danger too, but if it's only him they are after, he just flies off and flees. When he has nothing to do, he likes to revisit many planets and places.

He is a legendary mythical being that was made with a purpose of making weather for each planet that exists, all his life was for that, but he has met many people around many different planets. He has seen many changes and many different things going on in the universe, which means he has seen many events going on outside like the dangers that happened in popstar and other planets, so he can tell many stories.

Fallen Feathers - (???) in his wings he has 2 kind of feathers, a common and a rare one.
- ~Rare~ in order for this feather to work, it needs to naturally fall of his wings, and that only happens twice a year.
- The first feather that falls in the First day of the year, gives temporary powers for a year, like “Aquatic blessing, Ice Shards, Lightning Strike, power to breath underwater, and have a personal cloud to ride on (the user can decide the color of the cloud).”
- The second time it falls is 6 months after, it give the ability to heal anyone from the dead no matter how little is left of them like bones and ashes. They can also use it to heal themselves fully, even if they have a disability this first of the year’s feather will heal it too. It only has one use, if its never used it will NOT disappear next year.
- ~Common~ These feathers can only work when they naturally fall. These are hard to recognize because they are similar to a white dove’s feather, its only a bit slightly silver-ish than a white dove’s feather. They fall more often like every 2 weeks or so, it's random but very common. It has its own special thing too, but isn't so much like the rare one. Each are one use only, if you have multiple of them, cooldowns are 3 turns. To tell the difference of which one is which is by feeling if its soft or a bit rough.
- Some will let you heal a quarter half of your health `Super Soft`
- Some will let you teleport to anywhere you want to go, but you need to remember the place. `Normal`
- Some will strengthen one of your stats for 2 turns. You can choose which one by saying it outloud as you use it, can only be one of them and not another at the same time. `Rough`
- Weather effects - This allows him to change the weather any time by summoning the type of clouds above him and covers as much as he wants. (any that don't hurt like hail and lightnings) The effects only happens if they are weak to watever weather it is. Example: rain to a fire type user, the rain weakens the fire type attacks, but rain to a grass type user, The rain strengthens grass type attacks.
- Weather Damage - This allows him to change the weather to any type that can hurt like hail, or sand storms. It can cover as much as he wants. This is basically for chip damage only, it can hurt his ally too, unless they are immune to whatever the weather damage type is.
- Aquatic Blessing - He summons a small cloud above his ally or himself and follows them. It rains on them and heals them bits of health each turn. If the one getting healed by this is weak to water, they get more health back than normal.
- Floof - He can throw bunch of clouds out of his front paws. He uses it to throw it at people as distractions. It does no damage and only pushes away the person a bit. He also uses them in a way as a shield but it isn't that durable, only takes one hit for it to be destroyed. it's like throwing pillows or using a pillow as a shield which wouldn't work for the most part, but helps either reduce the damage a bit (possible of no damage but that's only to very weak attacks). Can also use it to carry people.
- Lightning clouds -He can shoot out small gray clouds that shoots out lightning strikes 2 times at the opponent. The darker the cloud, the stronger the lightning, but they slower they are in traveling.
- Ice Shards - He can summon hail from the skies and use them to attack his opponent, he can control where they go.
- Helping Water - Only works if he's near water. He can use it to make a large water hand and slam onto the person, the damage it gives is high, tho its movement is slow. He can also use the water hand to grab others, BUT it will be smaller.
- Wind Swirl - Squigel flies around the skies for a small while to gather up the wind with his wings, Then when he wants to, he sends out a big tornado that automatically goes towards his opponent, it doesnt last for very long unless the surroundings are very strong winds, but it will eventually disappears.
- Wind Slash - Squigel blows out 2 wind slashes with his wings, they're not homing attacks, he actually has to aim for this one.
- Icy Winds - Using his wings, Squigel makes icy cold winds and blows it at his opponent. The winds has ice particles in them and freezes who ever gets caught in it for 1 turns.
- Sandy Winds - Using his wings, he creates wind with sand in them and blows it out at his opponent. This cuts half of their speed.
- Solar burn - Only if the sun is out, Squigel uses its heat to burn his opponent and has a small chance of burn. If the enemy gets burned, cooldown is longer and the burn lasts for 2 turns. Stronger during summer and spring, but weaker during winter and fall.
- Pollen Winds -Squigel picks up any pollen from nearby flowers ONLY if its spring or summer with his winds and blows it at his opponent. This Cuts down their accuracy.
- Lightning Strike -One of his super strongest attacks, but it can weaken him for a while, meaning he will be a bit slower, though eventually he will regain energy. He flies in the sky and covers the whole sky with dark gray clouds. A hole forms in the clouds and Throws out a lot of lightning strikes in different directions uncontrollably . It can hurt his ally too if he's with one.
- Blizzard - An annoying attack Squigel has. He basically makes a temporary blizzard and freezes anyone he's going against for a small while. This can never miss since its a very large amount of area it takes, this also affects allies though. If you are immune to ice, it will take no effect at all, like if nothing ever happened.
- Aqua wave - If Squigel is near water, he can use the wind his wings create to blow water to turn it into a huge-small wave. It all depends how big is the water source, like comparing a small pond to an ocean, the ocean will make a bigger wave than a small pond. No matter what size, the damage is still the same, and it isn't that high but it isn't that low either.
- Ball Form - When he turns into a ball, he can hide his face and wings in his quills. Any hand to hand combat are not going to affect him in anyway in this form, if they try they will get hurt by his quills. He can't move in this form.
- Quil Shots - He releases a bunch of small white quills from his head-back while aiming it at his opponent. They are very sharp and it will take a while for them to regrow.
- Speed of light - (passive ability) His speed is naturally the speed of light, this helps him do his job very fast, and also helps him easily get out of any danger and attacks
- Imortality - (passive ability) He basically cant die, if he does, weather would be no more and all planets will basically turn like shiverstar but worse, sooo yeaahh.
- Barrier Break - He has needle like sharp teeth that can break through barriers/armor.
