Appearance
A simple creature. Being of the Kirby species, Kilhou looks generally similar to the original Kirby. However, he isn’t. He is of the blue variant of the species, and wears glasses. He is wearing a minimalistic frame with rectangular lenses. He has had the lazy eye since early childhood, but that not visually noticeable.
Personality
Shy at first, but once he gets used to his environment he is more likely to speak up. He tends to correct people, and does not like it when he is confused with something. He does tend to overcomplicate tasks, which may cause him stress. Stress and an "unreasonable" workload is something that Kilhou peeves. He may treat people based off their personality, and will act accordingly. For example, Kilhou may be careful with a new person, but can be a little less careless with people that he has known for a long time. He can remember certain things for a long time if the event was major enough, or if it is logged. Because of his advanced knowledge and vocabulary, he tends to simply them for those who don't understand him. He is very likely to stay out of anything that involves physical battles and fights, as he believes that he is not an individual that can and will fight, ergo he isn't very heroic and is more neutral. Due to his alignment, Kilhou is very likely to follow rules and regulations unless he perceives them as wrong, mistaken, or unfair.

Strengths:
Is able to focus on an individual, identify his/her weaknesses, and act upon it.
When someone passes or faints, he can collect his soul and take advantage of that person’s powers while keeping his own.
If need be, he can protect himself and other individuals using spiritual magic, summoning a field of mist around an individual.
He is capable of deterring individuals by summoning sharp ice crystals, and directing it towards the a certain individual.
Weaknesses:
Easily tends to stress out and panic in combat situations, and so he is more likely to be caught off guard.
When Kilhou collects a soul, he can only use part of the soul’s power. However, this can be rectified by further use of the ability.
The magic that Kilhou summons tends to be weak, and is completely unaffected by some.
With Kilhou’s intelligence, he is able to quickly react upon situations, sometimes being dire. He is able to identify the likely weaknesses, and strengths of an individual, and acts accordingly. However, this is limited by the stress and peril that he is experiencing at the moment.

Soul Collect
2-4 turns, 2-3 turn cooldown
After someone has fainted/died, he will drop dead and proceed to spiritually enter the other individual’s body, collecting the soul for later use. If desired, Kilhou may use the soul as soon as possible, but that will take three turns instead of two. He will then re-emerge as that person, with partial use of that person’s power.
Soul Copy
2 turns, 2 turn cooldown
If Kilhou wishes to do so, he will copy the soul of the target upon contact and gains his/her main ability. He is not able to use secondary abilities or mix them for a new one. This is different to collecting a soul as Kilhou only gains the main ability of a target and is able to discard, but collecting a soul lets Kilhou access the target's main and secondary abilities, traits, and physical appearance.
Crystal Shot
1 turn, 1 turn cooldown
Kilhou generates small to medium-sized shards of ice, designed to deter anyone who faces him. After impact, the affected individual may be distracted, or may even run away from Kilhou.
Swipe
1 turn, 1 turn cooldown
Kilhou approaches the combatant and proceeds to swipe the side of his hand along the combatant’s eyes, blinding the combatant for a moment. The combatant is likely to be caught off guard.
If Kilhou happens to carry a ruler with him, the attack will have a slight increase in range. Accuracy is decreased by a small amount.
If Kilhou happens to carry a meterstick, the range is significantly increased, but accuracy is decreased. The damage that is dealt to the target increases slightly, but deals less damage than a ruler.
Backstory
Kilhou does not know much about his childhood, but he has remembered a/some significant memory/ies.
Synopsis:
Kilhou passes out somewhere inside of an Earthly school. He leaves the school after hours, entering into the suburbs of a city. His parents find him and give him a new, more independent place to live. They give him a home in a flat, grassy area with more land and forests surrounding it. After exploring the new house, Kilhou decides to take a nap in the main bedroom. He then seems to wake up in the entrance to Dreamland, Bubbly Clouds, stage 3. He doesn't stay there for long, but he then learns that he is able to arrive in dreamland via the act of sleep and dreaming.
